Submitting an appointment booking request through our website allows you to reserve a convenient consultation slot with Dr. Ravish Pai.

• No Advance Fee: Booking an appointment online is completely free of charge. No payment gateway or credit card details are required on the website.
• Confirmation: Our clinic reception team will confirm your slot via SMS, phone call, or WhatsApp prior to your visit.

2 In-Clinic Consultation & Treatment Payments

All financial transactions for medical consultation fees, diagnostic procedures, prescriptions, laser treatments, or skin and hair therapies take place directly at our clinic desk in Bengaluru during your physical visit.

• Accepted Payment Methods at Clinic: Cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Credit Cards, and Debit Cards.
• Transparency: Consultation fees and treatment estimates are clearly explained prior to conducting any medical procedure.

3 Appointment Rescheduling & Cancellation

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation:

• Free Cancellations: You can cancel or change your booked slot at any time at zero charge.
• Courteous Notice: We kindly request patients to inform us at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the slot to other patients in need of urgent skin or hair care.

4 Refund Policy

Since no monetary transactions are processed through this website, website payment refunds are not applicable.

Any billing inquiries regarding in-clinic payments or customized treatment package adjustments are handled directly by clinic administration at our reception desk.
